that said, you'd think they'd be stricter with raising their own kids so they don't cause trouble, toehr than keeping the company name in their family and such i'd expect some ceos /prez to retire and hand things over to the 2nd in charge and let the kids fend for themselves esp if it's 'bigger' than something like a family res
