Chapter isnt getting uploaded

I was working on a manga called "Mikage wants to go home!" With my group and due to being the first upload of us there was a notification that it would need one to two days till it gets uploaded because of an approval queue. I've now been waiting over 2 days and still nothing happened. I don't want to sound impatient but maybe you can understand because it's our first upload and so on. Can someone please explain or help. Great if mangadex team themselves could respond

Fix the white bars on the first few images and reupload it, not sure what's going on with those.
