Chapter Titles

Situation: Manhua was scanlated by a group, but they did not scanlate the chapter title. However, there is a chapter title in the raw. Is it permissible to translate the chapter title by the uploader if possible (via Google Translate or Bing Translate)?

Drat. I'm not a translator and I rely on those translators. (Good thing I asked before doing so. Thx.)

Then, is it allowable to post the chapter title in the original language? (I'm guessing not, but asking anyway.)
