It is kind of a bother having to scroll through all languages, especially when your language is at the bottom of the list.
So here's my suggestion, add a "Preferred Languages" in the selector.
Take this screenshot of LyricsTranslate upload page as an example:
Information needed for preferred languages can be taken either from "Chapter Language Filter" or manually set by the uploader.
