I actually disagree with both Obsolete's and Player1's title translations. I'm not sure where “Mixed Messages” comes from altogether, and while “すれ違い” can mean “passing each other”, so I don't know Player1 to be wrong, the phrase can also mean “cross purposes”, and I think that's much more fitting here. The 2 characters have different goals, or at least very different ideas about how things are going to play out. So I would've gone with “Cross Purposes”. Regardless, not my translation, so not my title.
