That's because there's no scanlations for this manhwa. Lezhin US licensed this manhwa in English. They have 39 chapters/episodes in English at the time of me writing this, so there's no reason for a group to scanlate this since Lezhin has already translated a lot of the chapters already. Of course, if Lezhin drops it, a group might want to pick this series up. Anyways, you can read it there to support the official release or find another way to read it.
