Just found out today that the author of this series passed away.
She will be missed, both in Japan and wherever Chibi Maruko-chan has been to.

I didn't know about the author until now but I heard she died of breast cancer recently so i came to check out her manga... apparently this manga is quite famous in japan

Thank you to the team that did this translation. Were there ever any more volumes translated into English ? I recently read they will publish the series in France, so maybe there’s hope it comes to USA / English one day
