Bru, I'm on the verge of tears while writing this, I can't.

And I want to help the translators but I'm too busy with my online classes... :'(

Super happy for the reconciliation, but sad he didn't get remarried. She seemed nice.

Almost teared up when grandpa hugged Shirou, damn... thanks for the chapter. Only more volume left and it’s the end, hope it’s a good one.

I am seriously really happy he didn't remarry. Neither he nor Shirou wanted the marriage and he was just pushing it out of a sense of responsibility. I am sure none of them, including Misora, would be happy after the marriage. I am happy Torakichi followed his heart.

Okay wait, so the marriage meeting was a setup from the beginning? She already liked the mom’s brother and was basically lying the whole time? The Grandma stabbed someone and gets away with having to indulge her grandson? So basically everyone except for the grandpa was super manipulative or a complete liar or just the absolute worst (and should be in jail) and didn’t even get a slap on the wrist? I mean I’m really happy with this outcome (better relationship with the mom/wife’s family; not getting remarried; father and son still traveling together), but the way it happened was really unsatisfying and just frustrating to see. I mean what would have happened if the dad didn’t change his mind? He’d get remarried to a woman who didn’t want him or his son and instead openly loved someone else? Also what if the grandma had stabbed him somewhere vital (or he wasn’t treated in time) and he died (regardless his livelihood is based on his traveling around on foot; that injury cannot help)? Not to mention she was still the absolute worst as a mother and hasn’t reflected, repented, or even faced any consequences for that.
