I wouldn't really count that hand thing in chapter 7, so no magic in 8,7,6,5. That's HALF the chapters so far.

I think the author just wanted a word to rhyme with brick and this was the first thing he thought so he made the story loosely revolving a magic club, but you should temper your expectations cause these characters have always been about tits and ass
