Okay, so I took the time to dunk myself in acid and read most of the raws:

Do not continue past this point with this manga unless you're an actual NTR enjoyer, because it gets so, so, so much worse than you can think

90% of the plot unironically is on a mystery if FMC is a virgin or not, and goes into a whodunnit if she isn't. There's virtually every conceivable NTR trope / plot you can imagine. It's as though metamorphosis' author decided to write a standalone torture book. Douche is basically the MC for the following 65+ chapters. FMC / MC don't meet one another until the most recent chapters which is years later irl in the publishing cycle, lmafo. Insane hentai logic to keep FMC as a meat toliet for literally every male not the MC in the story. Also there's NTR plots for the other female characters, too.
