They're being overly cautious if you ask me but the basic idea is that if they are found out to be really strong, since the government is looking for strong people to clear dungeons, they will investigate their background. If they do, they'll find out about the dungeon in their home. Since dungeons are managed by the military, they can't continue to live on/in the dungeon which has been supporting their livelihood and would have to move. There're usually laws that allow the government to confiscate land if necessary and this would be a better application of that then what we get in reality. The problem with their thinking is that they don't consider just living nearby. Their poor and never considered that, rather than being punished after being found out, they may receive personal and material support like the hero party, taking them out of poverty and allowing them to choose where to live. Though, that would probably come with caveats, like being required to go into fights on command. They didn't think THAT hard about it but it is a mixed bag for them.

If the governement find out that they are strong they will get money like the other team...
This is just author sticking to a plot point that make no sense anymore. They are exploring the other dungeon, they have a way to make a huge amount of money.
They could literaly just reveal that they are strong and live a decent life in a decent house not in the middle of nowhere.
They could also make an insane amount of money with the weapon their craft because of powerfull these are.
The idea of the manga is good, but the last few chapter are not realy great.

ugh, the level of stupid in these characters, especially the siblings is some next level extreme, the series had such potential at the start but in the last couple chapters the authors stupidity is really showing and its going downwards fast.
they even know now that they are in fact the strongest in the country, they could capitalize on that an roll in money, but nope, to stupid, they could sell loot from their dungeon, pretending its from the Tokyo Dungeon, zero risk of their own dungeon being discovered, but nope, to stupid, characters this stupid is seriously annoying.

Having government depends on minors is big no no. Can you imagine PR disaster when 2 kids literally stronger than any trained soldiers?
Plus having minors in dungeon probably gonna brings in more minors and if anything happens to them, government heads will roll.
What we are reading is 2 unique individual and can't apply it to to other characters.
That still didn't count any bad parties that going to screw them over due to jealousy, greed or resentment.
