Is it okay to go to the sauna if you have eczema?

Do you wipe your sweat w/ a towel or do you go straight to the cold bath after?

There's no universal answer to that because eczema can be caused by various different reasons, plus a person's genetics play a role as well. I do know allergic eczema can be made temporarily worse by sauna, but that also is "can be made" and depends on the person and case. However, sauna is pretty short-term activity, so you will know it quickly if it's good for you or not.

Take a shower or jump into a lake/river/sea. If there's an artificial pool, take a shower first or at least pour some water on you, don't wash your sweat off into the bath/pool. I have never heard of anyone wiping sweat off with a towel, after sauna. Washing yourself after sauna is more efficient than just taking a shower because the heat and profuse sweating already start detaching the dirt on your skin. Psychologically you also feel more refreshed and relaxed after sauna, which makes you feel cleaner.

Usually when I sweat before shower, I wipe myself so I won't get sick.

If you mean when you can't get to the shower immediately after sweating, then I can certainly see why you would. However, sauna is always connected to some method of washing yourself. After all, sauna is one form of cleaning yourself, even one form of bathing if you extend the definition of "bath" a bit. If the sauna is within a house/apartment, it's typically always connected to the regular bathroom, so that you can walk straight into the shower from the sauna. Old-school saunas in more rural settings may not have a shower but the wood-burning sauna stove has a container for heating water, or there's a separate boiler, which allows you to wash yourself comfortably in the sauna itself. Saunas in public or semi-public facilities always have a shower.

Gimmick saunas, like the tent sauna in this arc, naturally don't provide any washing opportunities, which is why there's the river next to it.
