Kaji is an asshole. Satoshi is being honest about what he needs and his insecurities. But Kaji puts all of that down as Satoshi being cute and new to love. When you don't communicate that your plans changed and who you invited home and you look happy when the other person is distressed, it looks like it's one-sided and that you don't give a damn.
