It's good. I like this story.
The art is great, big plus points to the artist for not copy/pasting to fill in when there's scenes of a crowd, it really makes the world feel more real, diverse and alive.
The translation is good. I didn't even think about it most of the time, which is a good sign, because that means it feels natural and flows very well.
The characters are interesting. There are multiple mystery hooks to keep interest.
