The other 2 chapters of the compilation is an unrelated story of a different manga and I'm too lazy to work on it since it didn't seem interesting (read it as it wasn't lewd enough to catch my interest). In any case those were only added to fill the minimum required pages, the main purpose of this compilation was to publish the unreleased chapters of Hoshihimemura (you can even tell by the cover).
