Right after we get some very well written dialogue... we get a cliche, annoying dragon girl. Great. I also can't stand how these authors who do this "what if tien was locked in the hyperbolic time chamber for 1,000,000 years.." just don't understand the concept of time.

The level of sanity, and the weight of how long he's been there would have been more accurate with only 100 years. Being locked in a room for too long without anyone to talk to or something to stimulate you will cause your brain to literally start eating itself.

Not to mention he'd go insane far sooner than that. It's just makes me roll my eyes hard as fuck when he says "ugh and suddenly another 3000 years have passed smh.."

It's already explained that, unless a person has inherent abilities, they can't learn the usual Magic types, except Non-Attirbute Magic, but that works on a different principle and differs based on application.
MC with his Incompetent skill made it practically impossible to learn normal Magic, so he had to take the longer method to learn Non-Attirbute Magic while also withstanding the counter from the Spellbook (if you don't have inherent abilities for Magic and try to forcefully read the book, it counters back with magical poisoning), Nd also create his own signature style of Magic.

Well, he's not [The Most Incompetent In The World: Divine Tier] for nothing. I guess he'll have a hard time picking up any new skills once he leaves the dungeon and thus will no longer have near eternity for stumbling forward though the process of learning.
