This is the second dumbest shit I have ever read

The first phrase is about Queem, a bloodthirsty man who conquered nearby areas for his sick satisfaction, and that Sora knows that someone like him will appear someday. after all, she is a bit of a clairvoyant.

The second phrase was about Queem being addicted to opium and how Sora will also become addicted and lose herself in the name of defending Yamato Mori.

His normal look is some car crash human/hellraiser hybrid thumb looking dude without a face
His ability is to just create anything I guess? Maybe only weapons? Idk this manga is pretty stingy on details...
