Personally speaking, that's tame. And is actually well done. Fate's version of Atilla the Hun though is fucking stupid.

Creative liberties is a given, sometimes it works, and sometimes it does not. I don't mind blonde saintly Jeanne, but short hair, brunette or ravenette who is a spitfire will at least will be closer to history and will help that Jeanne stand out from the crowd.
