50/50 on this thing being a goat man. mimicking or stealing human form and voice. hurling shit on people is probably based on how it throws rocks at passing cars. then teleportation and world bending stuff is based on story where a bunch of hiker got chased by it and the thing didn't seem like getting farther or closer despite how fast they ran.
