welp ok so I asked chatgpt and after getting some confusing answers I checked novel updates and read the comments.

To sumarize it without spoilers:
there are people with feelings that are not FMC, so it is harem or at least a Love triangle

To sumarize it with some slight spoilers:

ok so author goes harem route, the comments didn't specify if cousin is in love with MC but that friend of the FMC seems to develop feelings for MC and like they are as unrequited as they can be and its apparently painfull to read. I saw comments stating that its basically a second rent a girlfriend and that it's extremely Toxic with Dense Af MC and FMC. Aparently MC needs to apologise and ask for forgiveness over and over again multiple times even though he didn't do anything wrong.
It is stated however that V1 is really good and that if you like Extreme tsundere with some violence and co its probably sweet for you, but if you develope genuine sympathy for the Side characters this gonna be frustrating
