To be devil's advocate she was pissed that he broke his promise not to hypnotize her friends before she tries to convince them. It's just in the moment everyone was trying to capture and kill him. Without the fallout of turning the queen I think she would've just gave him a stern talking to worthy of a cheated on wife.
