Believable like a Bond movie but ah what a delightful classic this is. Let us all pray for some group to continue this little gem.

You may appreciate that it's one of the very first manga me and my group, First Squad Scans, plan to scanlate:
the real deal, or trouble, is finding a translator from Japanese.
