I guess now we know how to royally piss her off and get her to emote: Flagrant violation of basic medical safety for one's clients via a combination of deception, technical truths and rules-lawyering out of nothing but sheer greed.

sounds like exactly the kind of thing that would happen in real life
oh sure there's plenty of things you should probably have, those cost extra, but you can still try it without them, we'll just have you sign waivers so we aren't liable if you don't opt for the extras...but if you do get all the extras needed to do it safely, it's gonna cost more than just going somewhere legit to do it in the first place (not that we'd actually tell you that little bit...cause it's not good for our image or our profit margins)

@Alamut: Her mother only showed up twice, and didn't exhibit any obvious greed or the like. She just seemed to be "just" a nigh-emotionless and psychopathic misanthrope to the extreme who was hell-bent on passing on her worldview to her daughter without getting herself into actual legal trouble (assuming that murdering Bianca's grandfather is either somehow not a crime or she managed to do it without getting caught, i.e. a "perfect" crime).
