The guy's name should probably be Nero Scuro (dark black in Italian) while the profession should be "creatore" rather than "creare": in Italian it sounded like he said "I am a 'to create'"

As for his line "I am a 'Creare'" (クレアーレ(創造)だ) I see what you mean in that the sentence isn't grammatically correct in Italian. Even so, the actual Japanese sentence itself is a little odd in that sense. The sentence that he spoke, "創造だ", is like saying "I am creation/to create" even though "I am a creator" would for sure sound more natural. In other words, it seems that the job title which is pronounced Creare but written (創造) is just used in this way (as a title) on AQUA. So, as it seems to me right now, I think I'll leave that as it is. But I'll get right on to fixing Nero's name!
