As MD still do not have tags (other sites have had them for years), was I surprised to see the recent recommendations being added. Using genres and/or themes is will hardly give good results, so I feel a need to support manual added recommendations backed by votes for accuracy (both up and down).
Adding a manual recommendation should not require approval (like reporting system).
The voting part could be a v2.
An optional thing could be adding a small text to give reason(s) why.

- account age (weeks or months) to combat automated voting
- chapter count, as there ought to be a base for comparison against others
Ideally chapters 1 + 2.1 + 2.2 should count as 2, not 3. - both series A and B should be in the library (status not relevant) of the user adding the recommendation. whereas voting just requires an account.
