Hi, for about 4 days now, I can't log into my account with my computer, only with my phone. If I try to log in with my computer it only refresh the page without logging me in. I tried to contact the administrator by email but didn't receive any answer.

Nuke your Mangadex cookies then try logging in again. If you can't log in or site settings aren't saving a rogue cookie screwing things up is usually the culprit.
