So they established that she got sucked into the other world via the black dragon scale, but they're not going to explain whose body she has taken over? Clearly she must have taken over some person's life, because she's arrived in this world fully clothed, with money and a house (or at least a place to stay where she can grow fruit without being noticed). I doubt the fairy just has this stuff ready.
It's weird because she doesn't have the memories of said person so she knows nothing about the world (beyond the original story), except she knows how to use it's currency and where she lives.
It's always a little annoying when a story does the reincarnation-isekai trope, but skips the initial part of appearing in the new world and not knowing how they're going to survive. I get that it's not entirely relevant to what will be the plot, but it's not hard to spend a few panels explaining things either.
