For what it's worth, that's 八珍 (hacchin) 把百舌 (pamos).

As with everything else, I think this is pretty tongue in cheek... normally you'd interpret 八珍 (hacchin) as 'eight curiosities' (as explained) or 'eight rare delicacies' as in someone thought they were delicious.

For 把百舌, the kanji mean [ bundle counter / grasp / strike / understand ] and then [ shrike / butcher bird ].

Which all together suggest they're a delicacy for a bird (like the opeshamaa) that gobbles them up by the bunch.
