I think the main issue of MTL is bad English and inconsistencies with names.
As the lazy do no proof reading and don't look up what the established names of characters were in earlier chapters or even worse randomly pick one of the 'translated' names even during their own run of translations or at their worst during a single chapter.

Oh boy, a two year gap means I've forgotten most of the story. I'm gonna be rereading this tonight to catch back up. Thanks for picking it up! As others have said, focus on proofreading after translation to make sure that the dialogue is comprehensible. Using AI as it is intended (as a tool, not a finished product) is perfectly fine as long as you clean up before release. From what I glanced at, everything looked fine (other than me not remembering a single thing about this lol), so you're doing alright. Keep up those studies though so you don't have to rely on machine translations!
