This isn't confirmed by the author btw. The author deliberately doesn't mention whether Mc lost her v card or not on Twitter when talking about the manga. This was brought up when a fan asked whether she was actually doing it with the men in ch58 or just getting off to her hallucinations like in another chapter where she also hallucinates her friend being futa and using her. The author only replied that the Mc didn't loose her mind and was sane the whole time which is evident by chap59 where she still pretends to be brainwashed to kill the bug leaders.
