Well,it clearly has 29 chapters and listed as completed by the official publisher bull crap,said bull crap has also gone into 404 because they want more money that none of has have to give in the first place.

And yes,skipping from chapter four to 29 is a horrendous move,and since both were uploaded four hours ago,this isn't the usual timeout bull crap.
