ch3 pg15
I love it so far, funny
Edit: Alright, caught up, ch15.5, I like it, ch9 might've been my favourite, I thought it was gonna pull a goat comes back in the nick of time and says something typical like "missed me", but I do really like the host/spirit dynamic, along with their convos, and can be expanded later (something simple like goat becoming more powerful, or manipulative, given he's a demon maybe more manipulative as his power grows or something, ego), I do really like how there's limits to powers, goat isn't as strong to bunch through steel, the songs don't work if they're not heard, the smoker guy doesn't have incredible lung capacity, he needs a break, stuff like that, weaknesses being so apparent aren't common in stories like this, and given the shards give power (not a spoiler, it's ch1), it's intriguing to think what comes next
There's a few kind of "set up" story points which allow it constantly flow, goat can make conversation, school setting lets the class introduce any concept, an emergency can appear anytime, or all three of things could happen like in ch1
Also minor things like character backgrounds for their powers, and other organisations
The arts really good too
(Also how power is kind of "discovered"/improved with experience, ch9 shows goat can become smaller, which would've helped in ch3, and in ch12 she discovers she can jump over/on to buildings, which I find really cool, spiderman was an interesting character because he made use of his environment, using buildings for his webs, he wouldn't do well in a grassy field, so her being able to jump building to building could be really cool, like maybe parkouring and scaling an elevator shaft, or jumping from wall a to b to c, all being vertical, but maintaining momentum, could also have him suspend walls for her to jump off, there's a lot you can do with a character that's reliant on the environment)
(Given she's so fast, she's also somewhat immune to things that are really hot or cold, as her body isn't exposed long enough for temperature to transfer, you see those videos of guys slapping lava, or pouring liquid nitrogen onto their bare hand (similar to swiping your hand over a candle flame, if you're quick enough, nothing happens, though, hair might singe)(Metal or plastic in the sun, both are hot, the metal one burns you quicker, but if you stay on the plastic long enough it'll burn you the just the same, because metal is more conductive, "transfers quicker"))
