The hair isn't the only problem. It's how big it is and how quickly it developed (unless the pacing lost me, possible they went through that pregnancy Quick, it's been like 3 months). And like another comment points out the snake isn't a god as far as we know, it's just a big talking snake. Probably supernatural in nature but we don't really know how.
I mean it's 100% a nitpick, just if we're bring up the writing and suspension of disbelief (at least I am) I'm just point out that it's actually easier to swallow the snake being birthed because I don't know much of anything about snakes and the father is a giant talking snake and said they're birthed live sometimes. But in terms of human birthing I do know a little bit about and as far as we know the mother is a normal human. It's like if a story has aliens I'll be like "okay this story has aliens" but if the laws of gravity are broken I'll be like "wtf" because I actually learned about the laws of gravity. It's something that will need to be explicitly explained away for me to accept it.
Again a nitpick, but I wanted to agree with the comment I quoted and I like talking about nitpicks personally 😁.
