You should try reading the author's other ongoing manga alongside this. I genuinely forget which one I'm reading sometimes. I actually thought these two stories shared characters at one point. They don't. It doesn't help that they reuse the same damn story beats.
Like, this manga is so good in premise, but it's being weighed down by the exact same drama that we're already getting in Destroy it All and Love Me in Hell. Hey guys, we've got family drama and commitment/promiscuity issues! Who could have guessed.

It's not just yuri; that also goes for yaoi and hetero manga too...

I don't read yaoi. And I certainly have seen such characters in hetero shoujo.
But it's more rare in hetero shounen. It's more rare than wholesome yuri.
Oftentimes if a character has a backstory of being groomed/abused, it's as a way to give that character some trauma, and were affected at a vulnerable time in their life. The trauma can in turn hurt the other girl either directly or indirectly (as it does in this story, 7kano, hatsukisu, My girlfriend's not here today, etc)
Of course, the main character can then turn around and heal the hurt character somehow. Or, in sadder cases, can utterly fail to do so.

WOOF! LEAVE MY BABYGIRL ALONE! I can understand amano because I am the same person for years. Commitment is scary because I dont know how will I be able to run when I dont like it. Which happened before. I cant say no when someone wants to hear yes. I get sad and scared and accept it. So I just go by being casual with people, being their dog, FB and romantic friend. So it will be easier to say no and run. But I want to run when I sense they have feelings for me. I dont know what to do about myself so I dont really know what should she do. Maybe god of toxic yuri will show me a path. Also girls like mocchi should give me a call

My prediction is that Mashiro's target was always Yuhi's sister, but the sister might have been unobtainable for some reason back then, so she used Yuhi as a more easily controlled replacement. However, it's possible the sister later became obtainable, so Mashiro dropped Yuhi and kept their relationship a secret from the sister. Yuhi is of course too ashamed/afraid of being blamed for everything to tell anyone about what happened back then.
As for Aoi, my guess is that she's married or something. Being called "Miss NTR" point blank tells you she's not a good person. She doesn't seem to have any particular concern for Yuhi either. Unlike Sakurako who focused on helping Yuhi through her issues, Aoi just told her to forget things, so she could sleep with her. Then when Aoi was done with Yuhi for the night, she quickly bailed on her. She also wants to keep her personal life secret from Yuhi, so I think she's already in a real relationship with someone else and is just using Yuhi to blow off steam.
Any more panel time from Aoi is likely to serve the purpose of yet another blow to Yuhi's self-esteem, to show just how unhealthy her friends with benefits relationships are. Because Yuhi chases away anyone who genuinely cares, which leaves her with only women that use her as a convenience for them.
