Sakurako doesn't seem to have pieced together that Yuhi seems to target girls that remind her of the leads from the book they both liked in middle school.
Also, makes sense Yuhi would be worried about getting stood up. She doesn't know Sakurako showed up that first day at the Hachiko statue. And she did seem pretty surprised when Sakurako showed up the second day. This date also comes after Yuhi basically bailed on Sakurako after getting invited to her apartment, so she might've thought Sakurako set this date up as a punishment, so she could stand her up again.
