I think Yuhi isn't really supposed to be an annoying bitch, but rather, since we've seen that they're quite close in the past, she rejected Sakurako most likely due to Sakurako wanting a committed relationship while she doesn't, hence "We're not compatible" line, or maybe she thinks that Sakurako is too good for her, or maybe it's something else.

The line more or less means the two have differing levels of value. So, Yuhi was saying one is too good for the other. Sakurako thought it was an insult aimed at her.

I'm curious about the necklace. I don't believe Yuhi when she says she doesn't remember who gave it to her. She's much too attached to it for that to be true. She fiddled with it in key scenes, like when she said she didn't want a girlfriend. Either Sakurako gave it to her and was using her question about it to gauge if Yuhi remembered her or not, or Yuhi had her own heartbreak in the past and gave up on love too. The latter opens the door for a love rival to show up later on.
