Wow.

I have a lot to say, but I'll wait a few more chapters to see how this develops before doing another big write-up.

Though one thing I must mention - I was just going through my weekly manga and kept leaving remarks on mangaka with terrible writing and zero sophistication. Authors with neat ideas, but no sense for how to execute them. Then Dance Dance comes as the last manga to read for the week and, as usual, completely cleanses the pallet. Everything from dialogue to atmosphere and general writing is just top quality as usual chef's kiss

Btw, Junpei has grown again. It kind of sneaked up on me, but I realize his physique has changed so much in the last 60 ch or so. Our boy is becoming a man!

Though it was somewhat expected along the lines but still shocking. Junpei is still only 15 y.o. despite his looks and so naive and sweet. He was extremely lucky that that snvbch used his fist instead of a knife.
The adults around him are so chill though especially his mom. I would've gone crazy if my teen son went abroad for a performance and decided to stay on a whim.
On another note, I didn't recognize Junpei's friend. Is it the same guy who did football in middle school and had a fight with him over ballet?
