Ohhh! I'm getting excited as to how long he can keep this facade up. And how long she'll be blinded by it.

First, I found him annoying. Then, she's becoming annoying... I like that she's more straightforward and vocal but she's practically both against and also in favor of doing the office's unspoken rules and values or tradition.
I just think that she could've been more helpful with him in those errands and not give it all to him (like what her colleagues had done to her) if she's really against it. Still too early to approve of whatever he's planning on doing (i.e. blackmail or prank or something) to her.
