The problem is that said punishment has to be something that Miku, Kana and Hinata would acknowledge as such. A big hurdle is Sou's motivation. He told everyone that he'd dish out Hana's punishment himself when he has no intention to do anything bad to her at all. He went for an "Air Chair" - in that case he wouldn't actually use his hands to punish her. If something like giving an order is okay, he just has to find something that doesn't involve him directly. If Hana want's to be sat on, make Suzuki do it. She surely wouldn't find pleasure in that. Not that I can see Suzuki cooperating, but that's a different story.
