That isn't what virgin means, you can only really press fruit once, virgin means unadulterated. When you buy extra virgin olive oil you're buying pure olive oil, not olive oil where the olives have only been pressed once (and even then it probably is still adulterated considering olive oil is the hardest oil to detect it being mixed).
