Kind of weird we jumped from tutoring Shiori since it seemed like there would be more to do from a story telling perspective. Ya Seira is still a red flag that I really hope he realizes that she's the dangerous kind of woman that Aika has warned him about. Thanks for the translations.

Seira eventually gets a massive wake up call about how she behaves because Masato does actually start getting scared of her later, and at one point actually backs away and directly tells her she is scaring him. Though this ends up leading her to just be more direct and far more overt with her flirting, like asking to go to a hotel after his shift. Though I'd argue that Masato's behavior isn't helpful either, because he actually lets her sleep over at his place when he sees her after she misses the last train

The host club owner really should have made sure Masato understands the importance of keeping his work and private life separate. It would be exceptionally important for him, with how young and inexperienced he is. By the looks of it, he very much does not understand. It's a deadly combination with his lacking understanding of how women operate in that unbalanced world.

She actually does warn him quite often, every chapter she shows up in fact, I think it just hasn't been shown in the manga for some reason.

Later on we actually see her backstory, and it shows why we can believe that she'll always be a dependable ally to Masato.

I don't ever read spoilers, but without reading it, I can still note that there's a crucial difference between warning someone, or even giving someone a lecture, and actually making sure they understand something. Of course this very fact is also why schools have exams.
