Welp this manga is trash.
Not because of the premise, but because the author isn't smart enough to add in the necessary world building to support it. Polygamy would be of course be the norm in such a world. Without it the risk/reward to kill off a taken man's wife would be huge. It would happen all the time.
Doweries would likely be a thing.
You might have women creating sets of 5 to reduce the likelihood of infighting among the wives.
All sorts of things could be considered.
The hardest issue to address would be how civilization would manage to upscale, but since this is about social dynamics it wouldn't harm the narrative to handwave this issue.

As it is it's just "What if a bunch of above average women were interested in our below average MC and not being the final girl meant being FOREVER ALONE"
