Also just look at the pic @Miragecodex put up on the 1st page. She has the exact same shirt with rolled up sleeves to the elbowes. She's also talking shit to Inukai the same way she did there... So it has to be her IMO.

Well now that's the first time we see her fucking shame I really wanted to see her in the bunny suit. Super has never been consistent with proportion's so that's why she looks smaller than she is.

There is also lore reasons as for why it can´t be Shigemi or Shiina.

Shinna quite literally says she doesn't fuck Inukai because of his personality, he straight isn´t her type, although the girl of the chapter looks somewhat like Shinna, if it is her there is a reason.

Shigemi is more tricky, but to me, she seemed to have a crush on Inukai but gave up just when the impotence arc started so I doub she goes straight to fucking him, also hair wise shegemi's is somewhat curvy, her bangs are pointy and has an ahoge, also even when she is wet from the shower her hair mantains the ahoge and pointy bangs (See chapter 100).

But to wrap it up, Shigemi is off the table, Shinna in theory wouldn't fuck Inukai so its that random teacher.

However Takeda seriously has a problem with characters looking alike, like the only thing that seriously differentiates Shinna and Teacher physically is the fucking eyebags that Teacher has and because we dont see it clearly it could be either. Its crazy that we see a character and can't immediately tell who she is based on looks alone, Takeda honestly need to work on his character design.

Earrings are wrong to shigemi has black ones that are square rectangular in shape super has been consistent in showing her with those but the little arch in her hair went away the first time her and goutu were doing it. But I'm pretty sure that's not her.
