She might just fall for him normally once she hears him pour out his heart to her about Agawa. After all, she’s straight up the pure gyaru that Agawa is supposed to be a subversion of.

Dunno why do i have a feeling Shigechi asking Gotou if Agawa caused his ED has something to do with her previous almost-confrontation with her where she heard Agawa saying "all boys are limp dicks". And if Gotou ends saying the truth, Shigechi either would find him the worst person ever existing in this universe for falling for the town's bike or end falling for his boldness for falling for such a woman.

Shigechi falling for him in a more conventional manner would be interesting and she is definitely a better option than Agawa but I feel like it would pointlessly drag out the story by adding a bunch of rivals as it means less screen time for Agawa when she is (meant to be) the secondary protagonist. I would rather Shigechi be used as a bridge between Gotou and Agawa after this ED talk to help progress their relationship in some sort of way because, unless Takeda writes Agawa out of the story, extra girls in Gotou's harem are all in the end going to be sidelined by the end and (unless Takeda becomes Shakespear towards writing Agawa) will make Gotou seem very stupid for picking the worst option.

Plus, while Shiina wouldn't care, Akito is going to look more like a loser for sticking around with more girls because she seemingly loves Gotou yet isn't putting her foot down and letting Gotou use her to fuck but not commit to.
