A weird, distorted face again, sort of like the ones in chapter eight? Though I guess that the design of this one does have a different vibe to it when compared to the theatergoers. So it might be related, but it also might not be.
Anyways, this chapter feels it's more for the sake of moving the plot forward than it is meant to further the themes. So I guess we'll have to see what Komori reveals in the next chapter. The way he describes having to "draw it" in the next chapter, I kind of feel like it's probably not just a new chapter on its own, but rather something that he'd need to put down himself. Maybe a text document or something? Or a photograph?
