Interesting how this is one of the extended segments drawn by Komori-1 that's not just in the simplified style he usually uses for his intermissions. And while we still never see Komori-1's face... Komori-2(?)'s face here is shown, just without the eyes. Which is, I dunno, kind of interesting when compared with my theory about "seeing" having been erased from Komori-1's reality.
But also, with this extra knowledge, maybe it would be a good idea to look back on the previous chapters with this new perspective taken into account? Like, the whole thing with the guy being mistaken for someone else (Ch16) seems to sort of connect with the whole two Komori thing. And I mentioned the similarities with the picture diary (Ch5) already a few chapters ago.
Like, selected a chapter at random, couldn't Family Restaurant (Ch11) be connected to the idea of Komori-2 not being able to write well enough to be serialized? The food there is black, undrawn, basically, but the substance of it, the taste, was amazing. That's almost an inversion of what's described in this chapter, where the visuals of the manga they made together are good but the substance, the writing, is not. (Though I'm not sure how the mpreg connects...)
