The last page did show that each one of them have a "zone" of influence. And we also know that all ghosts and exorcists are avoiding Taisai Seikun zone of influence too so it is normal that none of them know what was happen in Kyoto. As for Yayoi's pokemons, she did leaves them in selcuded place so that they cannot harm human (most of the time). So I reckon that the exorcists won't bother to hunt them since those thing aren't a big deal yet, or if they even found out about those pokemon at all.
