I really think that Yayoi as a character would make way more sense as a teenager around 13-15 years of age. For her to still be in the single-digits seems a bit off as kids around her age are nowhere near as intelligent as her, but then again, she's supposed to be a genius child prodigy. Also, the author probably wants her to be a loli to get more readers interested. Whatever.

She got her heightened intelligence after the car accident her parents died in. I imagine her superhuman strength was also acquired after that event. If she were older here, she'd probably be more OP then than she is now, having the strength comparable to an adult's.
