Given the episode context the second bubble in the second panel should probably read, "She's too strong." The translation of the first bubble in that panel is also pretty vague. The original read "Yokat- " which is probably the speaker about to say "Yokatta," an expression of joy/relief that Zero Two is back, which then turns to shock at Zero Two wiping out the fleet.

Probably should have translated it as "Thank go-"
