I realized, that does kind of mean Kohirumaki was right when he urged her to leave tokyo for her safe, if -so far- for the wrong reasons. But he was right that Tokyo is a dangerous place.

And he also doesn't seem to be wrong that there is in fact something fishy going on with how the japanese government is treating this war more as an opportunity to make the rich richer instead of genuinely considering the safety of tokyo's inhabitants. And he also seems right that an invader currently is infiltrating and learning about people.

The problem is that he finds it difficult to communicate about that in a way that doesn't put off people. But that is kind of the trouble. Sometimes something offputting is happening. That doesn't mean the blame lies with Kiho.

It is just that is hard to discern what one is to do when we are faced with an obscured situation and are led by people who may be deceiving us.
